  I decided not to have treatment because there were to many issue with the two appointments I had. My first cost $550 and was very confusing for both myself and my personal trainer who i had come with me. Dr. Shultz jumped from my right shoulder to neck the back to right then left shoulder. My trainer and I conferred after the appointment and we both were confused. What was clear that I had only a 30% chance that the treatment with stem cells would work on my left shoulder. I was given a hand written sheet with notes and cost, $8000 for both shoulders. I said since there was only an 30% chance it work work on my right shoulder I wanted to do only my left which they would not do. I had to go back for a second appointment to review the MRI and that cost $160 and I felt pressure to sign up. Dr. Shultz was in a hurry and left after only 10 min. with another Dr. After much thought I scheduled the treatment and was given patient information that said "That there is only a 20 to 40% chance that they would harvest enough stem cells to treat both shoulders". So I have a 30% chance it will work on my left and at best a 40% chance that I would get stem cells in both shoulders. No very good odds for $8000.
