  Pharmacy clerk input 5 RX’s that were transfers from 2 pharmacies, one was expired and had to call dr and changed to my new address. She was unbelievably fast and accurate and was polite enough to tell the people next in line it would be about 5 minutes. And that’s all it took because she knew her job and the system. The text came through when all 5 were ready for pick up. I had lost my RX #s and only knew the meds by name.

  I have used this pharmacy for years and am finally giving up and going somewhere else. During the last year the fairly regularly mess up my prescriptions, SMS me that something is available and then not ready when I get there, or just plain give me the wrong thing and then refuse to take it back or "make it right" when I point out the error. I'm really disappointed I will have to go to all the effort to change pharmacies, but enough is enough. :-(

  Redicously unreasonable. Had to have the Doctors office calls multiple times to get a script filled. Required information that was not necessary to fill the script. Extremely rude to deal with. I will not go back.
