  The staff had horrible bed side manners, and they were very rude. I walked in with a fever of 102, severe swelling and pain in my lymph nodes, body aces, and chills. I was crying because the pain was so bad. I left with a fever of 101 and severe swelling and pain in the lymph nodes, body aches, chills, and a very low blood pressure. The doctor was unable to diagnose my pain. I left this urgent care with no answers and in the same condition, if not worse, that I was in. On top of that, the receptions was unable to find my insurance in the system, even though I had my card, and I had to pay a 250$ co pay. I'm disgusted with this urgent care. I will never go back there again.

  The staff was wonderul, great people, fast, and professional. I was suffering from horrible pain near my lower ribs and intercostal resulting in extensive SOB and stationary sweating as a result. Needless to say, my one star is not at this location at all (it just happens to be the one I visited). My review is more on a corporate level. $1,600 JUST TO WALK IN THE DOOR!!?? Are you kidding me UC? How the hell do you even justify that? That doesn't even count interacting or initial exchange of words with a doctor AND being in network. Thank god for PPO insurance, but I am still left paying a ridiculous bill. Just googled this price (to find some potential consistency and correlation) and no wonder you're on 9 news ($1,600 seems to be the standard walk in charge across the board). I wish I saw the story before I entered the front doors. Needless to say, I will never go to a UC Health again and if your services are considered in network, I would advise anyone in the same insurance boat to do the same. If you're HMO and out of network, do not step a foot in those doors! You'll love the people, but highly regret the bill.
